PRODUCT DELIVERY, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

 

Your return requests for the products you have purchased are evaluated within the framework of the "Product Return and Product Exchange Procedure" established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law numbered 6502 and relevant regulations to avoid causing any inconvenience to our valued customers.

 

We kindly request that you follow this procedure for your satisfaction.

 

Below are important details about the operation of the procedure.

 

 

 

PRODUCT DELIVERY TERMS

After obtaining bank approval for the purchased product, the relevant product will be included in the shipping or delivery schedule on the same day. It will be shipped at the latest within 24 hours. Products that are not stated as damaged and/or defective by the consumer at the time of delivery are deemed to be delivered to the consumer in full and complete. In the product accepted as fully and completely delivered by the consumer, the SITE OWNER has no responsibility for any damage and/or deterioration that may occur later.

 

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

In the event of the delivery of the purchased products, the consumer can return the product within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date without specifying the reason for the return, provided that the product is returned unused, undamaged, in its packaging, and in complete and resellable condition, along with all accessories, if any. The customer is responsible for informing the system about the return process. Customized products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, including the product invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories. If any of these are missing, the return of the product will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened.

After the product is delivered to us in accordance with the return conditions and the sales contract, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 10 business days if you made the payment via bank transfer. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card used for the purchase. However, in this case, the refund of the payment is at the discretion of the bank to which the credit card belongs, and our company has no responsibility in this regard. In the case of returning a product purchased with cash on delivery, only the net amount of the product, excluding the cash on delivery fee, will be refunded.

If the nature of the product makes it impossible to return, the product will not be returned. In the case of returns via courier, the shipping cost is borne by the customer, and cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted. The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost if the product is sent back due to inappropriate returns.

 

 

 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Products for exchange can be replaced within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date by specifying the reason for the exchange, provided that the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition, without compromising the resellability of the product. To proceed with the exchange, the presentation of the product's invoice or the product exchange card provided by the company for that product is required.

The products for exchange must be delivered complete and undamaged, including the product box, packaging, and any standard accessories. If any of these are missing, the product exchange will not be possible.

In the case of exchanges via courier, the shipping cost is borne by the customer, and cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.

 

 

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS

If the purchased product has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order. For this, you need to provide information about the order or product you want to cancel before receiving the notification that your order has been "shipped."

For custom-designed products, cancellation and return are strictly not possible unless a different order has not been sent to you.

Cancellation cannot be performed if your order has already been shipped.

If you wish to cancel one or more items in your order, you can send an email to [email protected] or contact us through our contact information, specifying the item(s) you want to cancel. Online order cancellations will be processed as soon as possible, and information about the refund process will be communicated to you via email.
